Hmm.. there are probably a shitload of great OSTs I've listened to that I no longer remember, can't think of much move music at all. Banlieue 13 and OngBak 2 would be interesting though.
The soundtrack to Spice World
I'll give you suggestions that differ a bit from all the other propositions:
-(Opening) Simple Men from Hal Hartley (Simple Men OST)
-Killing theme from Tindersticks (Trouble Every Day OST)
and I think what would be most interesting would be a remix of:
-Dead Man 2 from Neil Young (Dead Man OST)
These should be very interesting to sample, in the Tinderstick song, there is even a saxophone you might enjoy quite a bit towards the end. I would be very curious to see how you would remix one of those, especially the Dead Man one, I'm not sure if it's called Dead Man 2 or not, but I could always send it to you for you to listen

I'd be interested in seeing a sample used from Devil May Cry, song called Devils Never Cry. The concept of such different styles mixed together makes me curious of how it would sound.

If you never heard of this game, you can look in wikipedia, it was an awesome shmup with even awesomer:) soundtrack, released in 1995. Now it's turned into freeware and can be downloaded legally.
Also, there are some remixes of the soundtrack on the audio portal.

These are all great soundtracks that have a permanent place on my iPod and hard drive.
Black Hawk Down and 300 I've did. Gladiator may just be fun though.
