I actually got another set up, about 300 dollars worth of actual equipment, then some 40 dollar program for my mic to be set mastered already, all I need to do after I record is Dynamic Processing on Adobe Audition with a negative compression gain so then it could lower itself out and even the vocals. Then after that, I hard limit the vocals to increase the volume 10db, but compresses at -5db. With that setting, I get almost perfect vocals every time with this current set up.
No new songs from war-spawn? This some BULLSHIT. I need to listen to new war-spawn joints like I need more weed to smoke, man!
I could get around with instrumentals and stuff. But as far as vocally, I need to head to my cousin's house to record now. Or I could ask my brother in law to lend me a USB input device in which I could hook up my other mics into, but it doesn't get the same quality :<

I just made a fairly nice sounding Tape Saturation/AMP VSTfx module in SynthMaker and I will be happy to send it to you and Yun on Monday, since the two of you would probably put it to the best use in your wonderful old school joints. It adds a layer of noise (volume and AHDSR envelope controlled) before a compressor with wet/dry mix and some other settings incorporated, with an overall volume control so you could jsut use it in New York Compression method if you wished on a send channel rather than an Insert. It made the Sylenth1 Overdriven Guitar preset actually sound like a guitar on a hot amp with noise architecture and good saturation.
The only problem: I've yet to incorporate a "Mute Noise" or "Noise Gate" so that the noise isn't on all the time. It gets a bit annoying while you're working on something else or in parts of the track where you want no noise...but then again, for those oldschool jams, that overall low noise characteristic would make the entire track cohesive as long as it didn't stack onto an already noisy sample source. Dunno, maybe it's useful, maybe not. I'll work on a mute button to kill the noise while you're busy working on other parts of a project, as well as some other features I wanted to add.
But get at me Monday for this.
